Beyond that, you can expect to spend 2–4 hours per week on a mix of live sessions, guided workbook exercises, and real-world application and property tours. The program is immersive yet flexible, built to accommodate the demands of entrepreneurs and high-performing professionals.
Will I be ready to invest in a property after the program?
Yes. The VIP/cohort experience is structured to help you either acquire/invest confidently in your first multifamily deal or partner in a deal alongside experienced operators within 6 to 9 months. You’ll leave the program with clarity, connections, and a proven blueprint.
